Forgto Password
If you forget your password, you can recover it through the following two methods:
Contact your service provider: The Common Manager of your upper level service provider (Distributor or Installer) resets your password. The new password will be sent to the registered email address.
Online self-service reset: Visit the official website login page, verify your identity using the mobile phone number or email address bound during registration, and set a new password yourself.
The specific steps for self-service password reset through the official website are as follows:
Access the reset page: On the login page, click "Forgot Password".
Verify identity and set a new password: Complete the account information and password setup according to the table below.

| Verification Code | Click "Get Verification Code". The system sends a verification code to the mobile phone or email provided above. After receiving it, enter it in the input field. |
| New Password | Enter a password. The password must be 8–18 characters long and contain at least two of the following four character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, and special characters. |
| Confirm Password | Re-enter the new password to ensure it matches the entry in the "New Password" field. |
- Submit reset: After confirming that all information is correct, click OK. Once the system indicates a successful reset, you can log in again using the new password.
