Account Registration
The system supports the following two methods for account creation:
Opened by a service provider (no registration required): Contact your upper level service provider (Distributor or Installer). After providing the required information, the service provider creates an account for you directly in the management backend, and you can log in immediately.
Self-registration on the platform login page: If you need to open an account independently, visit the official website for your region, fill in and submit the registration information online.
Distributor/Installer Account Registration
Distributors/Installers can complete account registration on their own. The process is as follows:
Access the login page: Visit the login page for your region and click "Register".
Select account type: Based on your actual identity, select an account type — "I am a Distributor", "I am an Installer", or "I am an Owner".
Fill in registration information: Complete each field in the form according to the table below:

| Region | Select the country or region where the company is located. |
| Account | Complete based on your site region: • Asia-Pacific site: Supports mobile phone or email registration. When selecting mobile phone, confirm the area code (e.g., +86) and enter the corresponding number. When selecting email, enter the email address directly. • Europe and North America sites: The system defaults to and only supports email registration. Enter your email address directly. |
| Password | Enter a password. The password must be 8–18 characters long and contain at least two of the following four character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, and special characters. |
| Confirm Password | Re-enter the password to ensure it matches the entry in the "Password" field. |
| Verification Code | Click "Get Verification Code". After receiving the verification code sent by the system to your mobile phone or email, enter it in the input field. |
| Authorization Code | The organization code obtained from your upper level service provider, used to establish the management relationship. |
Read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Click "Confirm" to complete registration. After success, the page automatically redirects to the login page.
Owner Account Registration
